Labor Finders has openings for Painters for long-term work on multiple sites in and around St Augustine areas. We are in search of candidates with experience working with any of the following skills: preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim; applying primers, paints, stains, and finishes; using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment; sanding and smoothing surfaces before painting; mixing and matching paints to achieve desired colors; cleaning and maintaining painting tools and equipment; following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment; and performing other painting tasks as assigned.

Your Day
Start times vary between 5am and 7am, shifts are typically 8 hours, some lasting as long as 10 hours. Sites are often construction sites, requiring full PPE. Jobsites may vary on specific location day to day but will be located in and around St Augustine. Some may be indoors, but candidates should be prepared to work in all weather conditions and elements, including extreme Florida heat. Transportation is required to and from the sites, as well as good communication to the office for job assignments. Work is short term to start, ongoing for those with consistent attendance and outstanding performance. Pay is based on experience, job, attendance and performance feedback.
