Audi Pembroke Pines is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, Brand Specialist to join their team and the Holman family!

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional experience and helping customers find the vehicle that best aligns with their needs, lifestyle, and expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their automotive needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by presenting Audi vehicle features, technology, performance capabilities, and financing or leasing options.
• Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives that showcase the innovation, craftsmanship, and performance of the Audi brand.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales Managers, and Finance & Insurance (F&I) team members to structure and finalize vehicle purchases and lease agreements.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process while ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers before and after delivery to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize CRM and dealership systems to effectively track customer interactions, pipeline activity, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results in a competitive environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership setting.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
