A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is looking for a dependable and motivated Janitorial Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations across multiple customer locations in the Trenton area.

Location: Trenton, OH

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Travel: Local travel required between multiple buildings and customer locations

What You'll Do

As a Janitorial Supervisor, you'll help ensure our teams consistently deliver outstanding service across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting nightly cleaning operations
• Traveling between multiple buildings to ensure quality standards are met
• Training, coaching, and assisting janitorial team members
• Performing routine quality inspections and follow-up audits
• Assisting with cleaning duties when necessary
• Managing supplies and communicating inventory needs
• Addressing customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensuring employees follow company policies and safety procedures
• Communicating schedules, updates, and expectations clearly
• Supporting staffing coverage and operational needs
• Creating a positive, productive, and accountable work environment

What We're Looking For

• Prior janitorial or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to travel locally between multiple customer locations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Stable work history
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
