**Experience:** - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred - Experience circulating surgical specialties in ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, GYN, and Plastic Surgery required **Education/Degrees:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred **Licensure/Certifications:** - BLS required (AHA only) - ACLS required (AHA only) - RN License in state of TX or compact **Leadership Experience/Skills:** - Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders **Clinical Experience/Skills:** - Competent nurse practices independently in similar clinical settings - Provides routine and complex care with a focus on long-range goals or plans - Develops the ability to manage contingencies of clinical nursing - Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers Note: The removed content was repeated information about the shift and schedule.
