We are seeking an HHA/CNA, Homemaker, Full-time and/or Part-time to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home based on established care plan. Medical and Non-Medical help at home. Must be State tested or Certified with Proof of Certification. Must be able to read and understand Care Plans allocated to patients, be a good communicator and compassionate. We can train to become a caregiver to your loved one! Great compensation rates! Our agency has "one-on-one" cases hourly at our patients' homes. Full -time, Part-time, Fex -time available! Come and grow your skills and your integrity with our amazing team! Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide personal care as bathing and dressing patients
• Teach family members ways to care for patient
• Clean patients' surroundings, light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands for patient

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in home health, hospice, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
