Electrical Assembler & Assembly TechnicianJoin our locally owned manufacturing team in Red Wing, where quality craftsmanship and teamwork drive everything we do. We are hiring both entry-level and experienced professionals who are ready to build, learn, and grow.Electrical Assembler (Entry-Level to Skilled)As an Electrical Assembler, you will work hands-on with components, tools, and schematics to produce high-quality assemblies that meet exact specifications. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and collaborating with a team.Assembly Technician (Advanced Role)We are also seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to lead complex harness builds and support advanced assembly operations. This role requires strong technical skills, blueprint proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.Schedule Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AMPay $20–$24 per hour, based on experience and skill level Weekly pay every FridayKey ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and schematicsAssemble components using hand and power toolsCrimp, terminate, align, and fasten parts with accuracyTest completed assemblies for functionality and report issuesRotate between assembly areas to support production goalsMaintain strict quality and safety standardsPerform basic machine setup and maintenance (Assembly Technician role)Skills and Qualifications3+ years of manufacturing experience (Assembly Technician role)Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical schematicsProficient with measuring tools such as rulers and tape measuresComfortable converting decimals to fractions and vice versaBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityEffective communication and team-oriented mindsetExperience with soldering, welding, or drilling is a plusBenefits and PerksMedical, dental, and vision insuranceTerm life insuranceShort-term disability coverage401(k) retirement planEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid holidays for qualifying employeesEmployee referral programEarned Sick and Safe Time (ESST)If you are ready to build a career with a company that values craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork, we would love to connect with you.
