Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, following the plan of care and under supervision of the nursing leadership.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies; document responses and any changes.
- Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and report findings to the charge nurse and interdisciplinary team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, supporting dignity, comfort, and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation, uphold infection control practices, and ensure resident rights and safety during shifts.
- Participate in shift handoffs and collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other care team members to coordinate care.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (3x12) and meet assignment schedule
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Eligible for a 12-week travel temporary assignment and able to meet travel requirements
