We are looking for a onsite Customer Experience Specialist to support a Financial Services team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering responsive service to customers while assisting with claims-related administrative work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, accuracy with data, and the ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.

Preference will be given to Hawaii residents due to the nature of this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line support to internal and external customers by answering inquiries, managing email correspondence, and handling inbound and outbound communication.

• Review and process claims documentation accurately, ensuring information is complete and submitted within established timelines.

• Confirm insurance details by checking coverage information and resolving discrepancies through careful follow-up.

• Enter, update, and maintain claim and customer records with a high degree of precision across required tracking tools and databases.

• Keep detailed operational logs and prepare routine reports to support department visibility and workflow monitoring.

• Assist the claims team with day-to-day administrative tasks that help maintain smooth and efficient department operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, claims support, administrative operations, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry work accurately while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with claims processing and insurance verification procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including tools used for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and record-based information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear and courteous email and phone etiquette.
