If you have a sense of urgency and want to grow with a company that has seen 10x growth over the last 2 years, look no further and apply today!Key Responsibilities:As a Contents Crew Chief, you will lead and manage all aspects of contents restoration, including inventory, pack-out, cleaning, and return of customers’ personal property after fire, water, or other types of property damage. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, often high-stress environment. In this role, you will also:Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate/Assist Project Leads with scheduling of technicians, laborers, and subcontractorsManage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCommunicate clear expectations to contents technicians and supervise their activitiesDocument a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesAdditional Responsibilities:Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoach and train restoration techniciansSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMAvailability for overtime and on-call hours may be required during peak demand or emergency responses#SPTSField19QualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of experience in restoration, moving, warehouse, or contents handlingValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularlyStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to supervise and motivate a team in the fieldBasic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and job-tracking softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred:Prior supervisory experience in contents, pack-out, or restoration workKnowledge of cleaning techniques, inventory systems, and storage proceduresFamiliarity with SERVPRO documentation platforms (DryBook, WorkCenter)IICRC certification(s) in Fire/Smoke or Contents ProcessingExperience handling high-value, fragile, or specialty itemsBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr SERVPRO Team Shaw
