Position Overview We are looking for a motivated Office Administration Intern to support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks within our HVAC service office. This role is ideal for someone interested in business operations, office management, or administrative support. The intern will gain exposure to real-world office workflows while helping keep the team organized and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with filing, document organization, and digital recordkeeping. Support data entry for service tickets, customer information, and internal logs. Help manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communication. Prepare and organize paperwork for service jobs, proposals, and billing. Maintain office supplies, forms, and basic inventory. Assist with scheduling support, calendar updates, and follow-up tasks. Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed. Qualifications Interest in business administration, office operations, or customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software. Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Preferred (Not Required) Experience with data entry or administrative tasks. Enrollment in a business, administration, or related program.
