Department: 34407 Atrium Health Pineville - Nursing: 2 Palm Progressive Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 3, 12-hournightsshifts per week Holiday rotation Weekend rotation Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: 2PalmettoProgressive Care Unit sees a variety of patient diagnoses such as: COPD/Pulmonary Diseases, Heart Failure, Cardiac Arrhythmias, Renal Failure, DKA, conditions related to withdrawal (alcohol and/or other substances) and lots more! We see patients with tracheostomies requiring mechanical ventilation, continuous BIPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, hypothermia regulation, and titratable IV drips. We value Shared Governance through our Unit Practice Council, encourage the pursuit of Clinical Ladder Advancement and Progressive Certification, and strive to grow and foster a strongunitculture of teamwork, commitment, integrity, and caring. We are also the only unit at Pineville to offer a 2:1 Virtual Nursing Co-Care Model for our experienced RNs! ExpectationsWe’reLooking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for newgrads Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association WhatYou’llDo: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic carein accordance withestablished standards, policies, and procedures.
