Job Description

The Project Manager will report to Regional Operations Leadership and be responsible for the financial, contractual, and operational success of assigned projects. The Project Manager will work closely with a Superintendent who operates as an equal project leader, creating a highly collaborative project environment.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution
• Coordinate procurement, contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
• Partner with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation efforts
• Travel throughout Arkansas as required to support assigned projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Experience delivering healthcare, education, commercial, office, retail, industrial, manufacturing, or defense-related projects
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experience
• Proven ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M
• Experience with construction management software and project controls systems
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel within Arkansas as project needs require
