Enrollment Coordinator

Position Summary The Enrollment Coordinator supports the Enrollment Director in overseeing daily department operations, coordinating team workflows, monitoring performance, and maintaining consistent enrollment processes. This role helps ensure Enrollment Specialists meet department expectations, follow established procedures, and provide families with a positive, consistent enrollment experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting team members, analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and coordinating across departments. Key Responsibilities Support the Enrollment Director with daily operations, team priorities, meetings, and department initiatives. Communicate department updates, expectations, and process changes to Enrollment Specialists. Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping resolve routine challenges. Conduct audits of enrollment activity, applications, documentation, follow-ups, and data accuracy to ensure compliance with established procedures and state-specific requirements. Identify errors, trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement, communicating findings to the Enrollment Director. Track leads, applications, follow-ups, waitlists, and team performance. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Enrollment Specialists, including maintaining training materials and process documentation. Provide support with complex or escalated enrollment situations as directed by the Enrollment Director. Collaborate with Registrars, Compliance, and other departments to resolve enrollment-related concerns and ensure families receive accurate, timely, and consistent information. Assist with monitoring team goals, following up on action items, and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and enrollment conversion. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred. Experience in enrollment, admissions, education, customer service, or administrative operations required. Previous team lead, coordination, or leadership experience preferred. Must have current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card #J-18808-Ljbffr ThrivePoint High School (Arizona)
