Whether you prefer maintaining a broad inpatient caseload or focusing your expertise in areas such as neurorehabilitation, upper extremity function, ADL retraining, or medically complex care, we support your clinical strengths and professional interests.As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in this inpatient hospital setting, you will:Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations assessing ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, and upper extremity functionDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plansProvide skilled interventions focused on ADL retraining, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and functional restorationCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and PT/SLP teamsEducate patients and families on adaptive strategies, equipment recommendations, and discharge planningComplete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standardsThis is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates.
