Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Driver’s license
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Montana.
Current CPR/AED Certification.
A strong desire to make an impact on patient's health and grow relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and education.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a lighthearted approach.
Commitment to direct patient care and aseptic technique.
Willingness to relocate to Forsyth, MT, before starting work.

Job Description

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including screenings, prophylaxis, and preventive treatments.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, gather medical and dental histories, and chart dental conditions based on observations.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and the importance of oral health for overall well-being.
Take and process diagnostic dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment, adhering strictly to aseptic technique and infection control protocols.
Collaborate effectively with Dr. Stensvad and the rest of the dental team, supporting all aspects of dental care.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with patients, both professionally and personally.
Contribute to a light and fun office atmosphere while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Engage with the local community to promote oral health awareness.

Shift & Schedule

Hours of operation are Monday & Tuesday 7:45am to approximately 5:15pm, Wednesday & Thursday 7am-approx. 4:15pm.
