Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Cumming, Georgia

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the oncology specialty. The RN will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administering chemotherapy in a cancer center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and manage patient care in the oncology department.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license.
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification.
• Chemo certification and experience administering chemotherapy.
