Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence (Hybrid Schedule)

All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change.This position is responsible for the development of analytical and technical initiatives for the CPM organization in support of its business partners. This includes collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through analytical solutions and reports. Responsibilities include data analysis, development of new tools, reports, data solutions, and processes to align strategy and vision across multiple regions and companies.Essential Functions:Implements data solutions to support business requirements and ensure solutions follow industry’s best practices and security standards.Review, analyze and consolidate data from multiple disparate sources including writing SQL queries and creating custom tools.Design, create prototypes, develop, deploy, and support Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business and technical requirements.Works across the organization with stakeholders to gather and analyze report and dashboard requirements while ensuring business processes support the ongoing update and management of CPM tools.Prepare reports and presentations for all levels of management, including the Senior Leadership Team.Overseas and provides input to regulatory filings on request.Runs periodic EPRP/KPI reports.Qualifications:Technical Knowledge/Skill:Working knowledge of information technology systems. Ability to create/manage Power BI reports, and associated programming languages (Power Query, DAX, Sql, Phyton or similar programming ability) is highly desirable.
