PMO - Legal Technology / Legal e‑Billing Implementation

We are seeking a PMO with experience in Legal Technology implementations, specifically Legal e‑Billing / Legal Spend Management platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker) or broader Legal Tech solutions. This role will support the implementation of a Legal Tracker solution to help monitor, manage, and optimize law firm expenses. The PMO will partner closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities Lead PMO activities for the implementation of a Legal e‑Billing / Legal Tracker platform Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks Coordinate across Legal, Technology, Finance, and external law firms/vendors Track budget, timelines, and implementation progress; report status to stakeholders Drive governance, change management, and stakeholder communication Support testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities Ensure compliance with legal and financial controls during implementation Required Experience & Skills Experience supporting Legal e‑Billing solutions (e.g., Legal Tracker, SimpleLegal, CounselLink, TyMetrix) OR Legal Technology implementations Strong PMO / project management background in enterprise technology programs Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively Preferred Qualifications Prior experience implementing Legal Tracker specifically Familiarity with legal spend management, invoice review, and law firm billing processes Experience in financial services or regulated environments PMP or similar project management certification Location New York–based resource strongly preferred for closer collaboration with stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr TechDoQuest
