SNAP Retailer Undercover Investigator

Description The SNAP Retailer Undercover Investigator will be responsible for monitoring and documenting assigned retailer activities to include customer transactions using EBT/SNAP benefits. Additional tasks include visiting the retailer and making undercover purchases using EBT/SNAP benefits. The SNAP Retailer Undercover Investigator will be responsible for monitoring and documenting assigned retailer activities to include customer transactions using EBT/SNAP benefits. Additional tasks include visiting the retailer and making undercover purchases using EBT/SNAP benefits. SNAP Retailer Undercover Investigator will be responsible for securing evidence and maintaining chain of custody until transfer to designated project personnel. Results will need to be meticulously documented and uploaded into a designated technical platform for review. Additional duties include supporting USDA enforcement activities.
