At least one year of professional working experience. Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Current CPR certification. Must have CCC's. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Responsibilities The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring treatment for speech, hearing, or language deficits and for teaching patients skills to improve communication and swallowing. Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions. Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills so they can fulfill their educational, vocational, and social roles.
