Inside Agricultural Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Agricultural Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, providing expert product advice, and driving sales growth.

Inside Agricultural Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and potential customers to discuss their agricultural needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide detailed information about our range of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and technology.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest agricultural products, industry trends, and best practices.
• Attend training sessions and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Inside Agricultural Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in agricultural sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of farming practices and crop production.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
