Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across multiple business units and properties nationwide. In this role, you will oversee complex enterprise projects from planning through execution while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This position is ideal for an experienced project management professional who thrives in fast-paced, highly visible environments and enjoys driving large-scale organizational transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple enterprise-wide strategic projects with significant business impact.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and governance documentation.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to establish priorities and maintain project alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Property Leadership.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate executive meetings and provide leadership with clear project status updates.
• Drive accountability across internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Support organizational change management and successful implementation of new initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of enterprise project management experience.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Gaming or hospitality industry experience.
• Experience within highly regulated industries.
• PMP certification.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, operational transformation, or strategic business initiatives.
