Hotel Sales Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Answers hotel phones, greets visitors and provides information as requested for the sales office. Distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing correspondence including shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, etc. Maintains hotel sales office files and ensures that sales office is kept neat and clean and that business center is fully stocked. Prepares hotel sales reports as directed and updates reader boards. Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms and creates door signs for meetings. Finalizes Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and rooming lists for functions. Conducts property tours and handles transportation requests. Meets and/or exceeds individual quantitative revenue and production goals set forth by the General Manager and/or Director of Operations. Makes up sales kits and client gifts and sends out thank you letters. Follows up on payment issues /adjustments with property accountant and corporate office as necessary. KHC POLICIES: Responsible for following all KHC policies and procedures as set forth in the KHC handbook and property specific guidelines/standards.These policies include dress code, safety and performance standards.Employees must also maintain a professional image and report to work as scheduled.
