Technical Recruiter

• Run full-cycle recruiting searches end-to-end across Engineering and Research roles, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close.
• Source and engage engineers and researchers from leading AI and security organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate hiring standards and maintain a high bar throughout searches.
• Move candidates quickly through a rigorous hiring process while maintaining the ATS as the source of truth.
• Build recruiting infrastructure, including interview processes, scorecards, sourcing systems, and candidate experience.
• Turn ambiguous hiring goals into filled seats with urgency and autonomy.

Requirements 5+ years recruiting software engineers or ML researchers Experience in high-growth startup environments is ideal Creative search strategies and candidate research skills Ability to craft outreach that earns responses from passive, in-demand talent Understanding of compensation, equity, and competing offers Ability to build conviction with candidates weighing multiple opportunities Strong pipeline management and ATS proficiency Commitment to data hygiene and accurate ATS records Ability to operate with urgency and autonomy Experience recruiting for AI/ML or deeply technical research organizations is an advantage Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern ATS platforms is an advantage Experience establishing recruiting processes at an early-stage, fast-scaling company is an advantage Track record of closing candidates against FAANG and top AI lab offers is an advantage Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Research roles, with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging top talent in AI and security.
