MIKKIS CAFE PEARLAND, located in Pearland, TX, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. What You’ll Do as a Shift ManagerAs a Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our café. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting team members during your shift to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Managing schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring all workstations are running efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a resturant leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
