You’ll gain experience in:

• Prospecting and lead follow-up
• Learning policy options and customer needs assessment
• Building communication and closing skills (with guidance)
• CRM tracking and appointment support

Who we’re looking for:

• Driven, coachable, and people-friendly
• Able to learn quickly and work hard
• Comfortable talking with customers

Requirements:

·        Must be 18yrs or older (FL law you can’t get the license if you are under 18)

·        Willing to get the Property and Casualty License 440 (does not require State Exam) prior to starting
