Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, and accurate clinical documentation.
