We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model. As a Speech Language Pathologist with us, you will be assisting children reach their full potential and be committed to evidence-based practices. We are looking for an energetic, growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist with pediatric experience that enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children and is creative in educating the children's guardian/family. *This clinic will open in March 2026.* If you are a Speech Language Pathologist passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are looking for a fun, collaborative work environment, then we want to hear from you! Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatric) Requirements & Responsibilities 1 year of previous pediatric experience is preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered. Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university. Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification. Pass a Background Check. Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic. Accurate documentation in EMR system. Detailed and thorough communication with child's healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology and/or adaptive equipment as needed. Acts as a supervisor for CFs and SLPAs in the clinic. Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms. Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. is also required.
