ABOUT THE SHOP
Euro Plus is not your average repair facility. Gabe Durrant and Justin Mckenna built this shop from the ground up to service the cars most shops won’t touch — and the clients most advisors aren’t equipped to handle. The bays here hold Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, and the full European lineup alongside them.

COMPENSATION RANGE
$80,000 – $125,000

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Solid knowledge of European makes and models — you don’t need to be a tech, but you need to speak the language
- Experience advising high-end clientele with professionalism and genuine care
- The ability to communicate complex repair needs clearly, honestly, and without condescension
- Composure — these clients are detail-oriented. You need to be too.
- Proven history in a service advisor role, ideally in a specialty or performance shop
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, every time
