Euro Plus is not your average repair facility. COMPENSATION RANGE

$80,000 – $125,000

Annual · Based on experience & performance

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Solid knowledge of European makes and models — you don’t need to be a tech, but you need to speak the language
• Experience advising high-end clientele with professionalism and genuine care
• The ability to communicate complex repair needs clearly, honestly, and without condescension
• Composure — these clients are detail-oriented. You need to be too.
• Proven history in a service advisor role, ideally in a specialty or performance shop
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time, every time
