What you’ll do Take command of all assigned flights, making critical decisions to ensure safety and compliance with federal, local, and company regulations. Maintain expert knowledge of all aircraft systems; plan and manage flights with precision; adapt to changing weather, ATC, or operational conditions to ensure safe, efficient operations and an exceptional passenger experience. Perform the functions of the TSA Flight Security Coordinator under the applicable TFSSP or PCSSP; conduct required passenger safety briefings or assign to the Second in Command. Champion a just culture of safety: encourage open communication, identify hazards, and promptly record and report all aircraft discrepancies. Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork in accordance with company procedures. Lead and mentor a professional crew; collaborate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and client services to deliver a world-class journey. What you’ll bring Certificates & Medical FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) — unrestricted or restricted acceptable. Current FAA First Class Medical. Minimum Flight Experience 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time. 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC). 1,500 hours multi-engine. 500 hours turbojet. 500 hours turbine. 100 hours night. 75 hours simulated instrument. 500 hours jet time. Additional Requirements Ability to work a variable schedule aligned to mission profiles. Willingness and eligibility to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.
