Aircraft Avionics Lead: Tech Mentor and Compliance

AAR Corp is seeking an Avionics Lead to oversee all functions related to airworthiness after maintenance is completed at our facility. The Lead is accountable to the department supervisor and must ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role requires the Lead Technician to hold an active FAA A&P certificate or an equivalent Repairman/FCC/Radio Repairman Operator certificate as applicable, and to provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to assigned technicians. #J-18808-Ljbffr AAR Corp
