What You'll Do

• Provide advanced anesthesia care for surgical, obstetric, and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesia and surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vitals throughout procedures
• Manage pre-operative assessments and post-operative recovery support
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and anesthesia records
• Support quality improvement initiatives within the facility

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan or ability to obtain
• Prior anesthesia experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in hospital or surgical center settings
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
