Senior Corporate Counsel - Global SEC & Governance
STAAR Surgical Company
STAAR Surgical Company is seeking a senior corporate counsel or associate general counsel to partner with the executive team on SEC compliance, governance, and complex transactions. You will report to the VP of Legal and serve as a key legal partner on capital markets matters and strategic transactions. The role also covers global subsidiary governance, enterprise risk management, healthcare compliance, and cross-functional commercial support.
