Installation Superintendent

Overview Installation Superintendent – Miramar, FL. Responsible for leading teams on construction sites, ensuring safety, managing schedules, resources, and guiding the installation of elevators, escalators, and building doors. Key Responsibilities Lead a construction team and manage multiple subcontractors. Implement and monitor safety guidelines. Provide learning opportunities for team members. Effectively manage project schedules and track performance. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals. Apply knowledge of code requirements and building systems to guide installation. Work with general contractors and manage resources. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant construction experience. Supervisory experience, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and scheduling skills. Compensation The hiring range is $115,400.00 – $151,410.00. Bonus: Annual Bonus plan at 15% target incentive based on achievement of company and individual goals.
