Caregiver Position

Comfort Keepers of Saint Joseph County, IN is hiring reliable, honest, caring individuals to provide in home care to seniors in the Saint Joseph County, IN area. The caregiver will assist our senior clients with companionship and personal care services. Comfort Keepers delivers a unique brand of high-quality and compassionate in-home care through carefully selected, screened, and trained professional caregivers and certified nursing assistants. Qualifications:

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation & proof of car insurance
Prior experience preferred but not mandatory, we are willing to train the right person
Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment is a plus
Team player who values friends and family
Must be able to pass a national background check

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
Provide companionship and conversation
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, bathing, toileting, changing
Perform light housekeeping duties, meal preparation
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Errands and incidental transportation
Dementia/Alzheimer's care
