Details Position Type: Athletics/Activities/Lifeguard Date Posted: 1/8/2026 Location: Pool and Fitness Center District: Waterford School District Position Lifeguard (This position will be through EDUStaff) Minimum Qualifications Minimum 15 years of age Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Certification or nationally recognized lifeguard certification CPR and first aid tests Essential Functions Identify potential accident hazards Enforce all policies and rules Be alert to prevent accidents Respond quickly, intelligently, decisively and in accordance with established emergency and accident management procedures Administer First Aid and CPR Reports To Pool and Fitness Center Manager Workday/Week Hours vary – Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed Starting Date TBD Compensation $13.73 per hour ($0.50 more per hour for morning shift starting at 5:15 AM). Year 2 – $13.98 per hour. Year 3 – $14.23 per hour.
