You will work collaboratively in a therapeutic environment, assisting patients in the development and restoration of functional independence according to state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsibilities Implement therapy interventions according to the Occupational Therapist's plan of care. Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in educating patients and their families about therapy goals and processes. Communicate the patient's status and progress regularly to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
