Project Manager Location: San Antonio, TX Clearance Level: Active Secret Clearance Summary: 3 Reasons Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination for Zero Trust modernization initiatives supporting ESA-BAD. This position will oversee project execution activities related to cybersecurity transformation, implementation planning, governance alignment, and milestone tracking to ensure successful modernization outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Zero Trust project planning, execution, and implementation activities Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional technical and operational teams Track project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and governance documentation Support implementation roadmaps aligned with organizational cybersecurity priorities Facilitate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder communications Monitor project performance metrics and recommend corrective actions Maintain project documentation, action logs, and decision records Support strategic planning for future cybersecurity initiatives Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance 5+ years of project management experience Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with project planning tools and reporting frameworks Knowledge of cybersecurity governance concepts Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification Experience supporting Zero Trust initiatives in federal environments Familiarity with NIST Zero Trust Architecture principles Experience supporting DHA, DoD, or federal cybersecurity programs Benefits at 3 Reasons Consulting: Company-Paid Benefits: Short/Long Term Disability Basic Life Insurance Direct Payroll Deposit Leave Accrual Holidays 401(k) Match Employee / Company Shared Benefits: Additional (Voluntary) Life Insurance 401(k) Medical Coverage Dental Coverage Vision Care Plan Flexible Spending Account Plan An Equal Opportunity Employer 3 Reasons Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
