Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding. Proven experience as an industrial welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
