Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, weaknesses, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that include measurable goals, outlining specific therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring that each client receives holistic and comprehensive support.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring timely and effective strategies for maintaining client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as per state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
