Make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners by providing support as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist for an early childhood/preschool program. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with early childhood or preschool populations
• Knowledge of assessment, intervention planning, and implementation for speech/language disorders in young children
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Michigan state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool and early childhood students
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for young learners and their families
• Engage with team members onsite to optimize learning outcomes and comply with educational standards
