This organization is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team. The role will play a key part in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless ITSM solutions to improve efficiency across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver development projects on time across the full lifecycle including requirements, design, build, test, implementation, and documentation
• Provide accurate estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases
• Conduct regular code reviews ensuring alignment with standards and mentor engineers on design and coding techniques
• Update program specifications and implementation documentation
• Consult with product owners offering recommendations to drive successful outcomes
• Collaborate within a scrum team applying agile principles and tools including Jira

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience with in-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow configurations including business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, Flow Designer, and application development
• Experience with integrations and API development using REST and JSON
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) credentials
• Exposure to Machine Learning or Generative AI technologies is a plus
