Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will deliver hands-on, evidence-based interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist for post-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with mobility, strength, and balance activities, documenting progress in the EMR, and educating patients and families.
