Juntos nos impulsamos para seguir cerrando brechas sociales en la región.Sobre el rol:Buscamos a un(a) Content & Visual Designer modalidad remota en LatAm, que quiera trabajar cada día por hacer realidad el sueño de Propel y crecer junto a nuestro equipo.Funciones:Content Creation & Event Support (35%)| Desarrollar contenido visual y audiovisual impactante para las comunicaciones de Propel, incluyendo newsletters, redes sociales, historias de éxito y presentaciones.| Crear contenido visual alineado con la marca para inspirar y activar a la comunidad en Instagram y LinkedIn.| Diseñar piezas gráficas creativas y de merchandising para dar soporte y asegurar una ejecución fluida durante los eventos.Alumni Community (30%)| Gestionar y crear un calendario de contenido mensual para los grupos de WhatsApp de Propel (+150 líderes sociales en LatAm).Website UX/UI (25%)| Mejorar la experiencia de usuario en el sitio web de Propel para incrementar la interacción y navegación.| Colaborar en las actualizaciones de contenido y diseño visual para optimizar la navegación y la conversión.Tech & Data Projects (10%)| Gestionar envíos y listas de suscriptores actualizadas en Mailchimp y Substack de manera oportuna y efectiva.| Mantener actualizada la base de datos de la comunidad en Mailchimp, Salesforce y otros sistemas.Formación y experiencia:| Experiencia en la creación de contenido visual y audiovisual para redes sociales y piezas de comunicación.| Experiencia en diseño o apoyo de piezas gráficas para eventos e insumos institucionales.| Experiencia básica o manejo de herramientas como Mailchimp, Canva o suite de diseño.| Interés o experiencia previa colaborando con la comunidad o sector social.Habilidades:| Growth mindset: Disposición y curiosidad constante por aprender nuevas herramientas y tendencias.| Team player: Entusiasmo por colaborar estrechamente con el equipo.| Cuidado al detalle: Minuciosidad en la calidad estética y revisión visual de cada entrega.| Proactividad: Iniciativa para proponer y desarrollar ideas creativas constantemente.| Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para ajustarse a cambios y retroalimentación con apertura.| 100% bilingue.
