Staff Accountant

A growing financial services organization is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its team! This is an opportunity to gain exposure across accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and client service while working closely with senior leadership and an experienced CPA. About the opportunity: Join a close-knit team with a collaborative, family-office feel Work directly with the CFO and CPA Split your time between tax support and internal accounting/bookkeeping Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the role Modern, tech-forward environment with a focus on using AI to work smarter Strong work-life balance with generous PTO and flexibility What you'll be doing: Support individual, business, partnership, and trust tax preparation Gather and organize client financial information and tax documents Assist with tax projections, estimated payments, and client questions Support AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and bookkeeping Maintain QuickBooks and assist with financial reporting Manage credit card expenses and other day-to-day accounting processes Work closely with the firm's CPA and CFO What we're looking for: 1-2+ years of accounting experience or relevant internship experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, personable, and confident communication style Location: Harleysville, PA | Primarily onsite with some flexibility #J-18808-Ljbffr VPF Consulting
