Sales Representative

At Glazer's Beer & Beverage, we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage an assigned territory, support retail partners, and grow our brands. If you enjoy building connections, solving problems, and taking ownership of results, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you'll plan your territory, use a consultative sales approach, and provide consistent account support to help meet company and supplier goals.

• Build and maintain customer partnerships that support new business, service quality, and account satisfaction.
• Plan and complete regular sales calls across assigned accounts and territory.
• Review sales activity to identify opportunities and meet monthly quota and placement objectives.
• Recommend and create customer programs using strong knowledge of the supplier portfolio.
• Understand customer needs, goals, interest, and ability to purchase, then apply company selling processes and policies to move opportunities forward.
• Provide first-line customer support, document interactions, and help resolve concerns that may lead to dissatisfaction.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain day-to-day sales information in the designated sales system.
• Use product assortment and performance information to support space planning, visual presentation, and point-of-sale materials.
• Prepare and present sales reports and quota results in team or division meetings.
• Participate in account evaluations, proposals, presentations, sales projects, and other sales-related activities.
• Share relevant market and product insights with customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

This role requires regular, ongoing in-office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
