About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT-CT required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Epic experience required Experience in acute care and adult outpatient settings required Unit does not accept first-time travelers Description: The role requires performing CT scans using Siemens Somatom Definition Edge 128 and GE Optima CT660 128. The technologist will utilize Epic and Sectra Pacs for documentation. Bracco Empower injectors will be used for contrast administration. No call requirement is associated with this position. Floating may be required to other CT departments. Travelers must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. ARRT-CT and BLS certifications are required. Candidates are expected to have experience in both acute care and outpatient adult settings. Black scrubs are mandatory. Travelers must shave for mask fit testing. Failure to comply with fit testing requirements will result in cancellation. Compliance with protective measures is mandatory. All clinicians are required to complete an OSHA Respirator Clearance prior to starting. Additionally, travelers must not live within 70 miles of the facility as locals are not accepted. Candidates cannot work beyond one year as a traveler and must take a six-month break to return. Modules are required prior to starting and will not be billable. Expected completion time for modules may vary.
