In addition, the Company features the original production, the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, which has been a holiday tradition for more than 90 years.The Team Lead manages and trains employees in food & beverage and merchandise receiving, storage, order fulfillment and inventory control.What will you do?Ensures that all products entering the warehouse are checked, received and stored in a timely mannerMaintains a good understanding of all products as well as our systems and practicesAssists with making sure the warehouse staff adheres to policies and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safe operation of the warehouseConducting daily audits of products, monthly location inventory, processing of employee time clocksEnsures the processing of daily requisitions and monitors the accuracy of these deliveries.Manages delivery paperwork, including verifying invoices to purchase orders for price discrepancies and shortagesWorks with the Purchasing & Finance department to ensure all paperwork is handled in a timely manner.What do you need to succeed?Candidates who have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred. Educational requirements may differ from job to job based on the role.Should have at least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse settingFood operations/service preferred in accordance with NYC Board of Health regulations.Experience resolving inventory discrepanciesMust have exceptional interpersonal skills and be people oriented.Commitment to providing a high-quality service experience for guestsMust be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environmentPossess exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills necessaryAbility to present an uplifting personality while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and business ethicsDemonstrates integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values, and principles while ensuring the upmost consistencySkilled at working collaboratively and in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skillsMust be available to work a flexible schedule mostly nights and weekends, holidays requiredSpecial requirements of the job:Long hours of physical labor on feet, including heavy lifting, pushing carts through crowds of people quickly and safely, all while maintaining the integrity of product.Must be comfortable walking throughout the venue for long periods of time; consistent motion is often required.Occasional bending and kneeling, particularly while receiving and moving product.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 100 lbs. while stocking items, receiving deliveries, pushing carts throughout the building, delivering supply to various locations throughout the building.Must be able to work within an environment with loud noises and everchanging visuals.Must be comfortable working inside refrigerators and/or freezers for extended periods of time while bringing new inventory into these spaces and organizing accordingly.Must be comfortable working with and handling a vast variety of food and beverage items wearing proper PPE as needed.Must be available to work a flexible schedule mostly nights and weekends, holidays required.Hourly Pay Range $27 —$27 USDAt MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees' talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
