Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse Alexandria, Louisiana. This position involves providing specialized care to cardiac and telemetry patients in a facility setting. The role requires a qualified nurse capable of working independently, managing complex patient needs, and adhering to established clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nightshift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing; 1 year of experience in telemetry or related nursing specialty preferred; BLS certification from AHA required; ACLS certification from AHA required; RN License in the state of Louisiana or a valid compact license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: All newly hired experienced RNs must attend a New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. New hires will be precepted by trained staff and must complete competency validations specific to medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Ongoing competency verification is required.
