Our client, a stable and well‑established food manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial operations for a high‑volume manufacturing facility. This Plant Controller role sits on the plant leadership team and serves as the strategic financial partner to operations. This position will be onsite.

Key Responsibilities of the Plant Controller
- Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close, and financial reporting
- Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory, and cost drivers
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across labor, materials, and overhead
- Maintain strong internal controls and support ERP accuracy
Ideal Background for the Plant Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience with plant controller exposure
- Strong background in manufacturing/CPG, inventory, and cost accounting
- Confident leader able to partner with operations and make decisions
